Senior Java Software Engineer

Our client a leading Geospatial consultancy require Senior Java Software Engineer to join their expanding Development team after some exciting project wins.
As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will be contributing and to a cross functional Agile Scrum team of developers, testers, and product managers, as well as utilising, enhancing your existing skills or learning technologies such as Java 11, Spring Boot,React with Typescript, Docker and CI/CD tools and practices, as well as learning about the complex world of data.
Requirements:
What would make you an excellent Senior Software Engineer for them?
- Experience in developing React frontend using Typescript
- Experience integrating with and developing RESTful APIs.
A great fit but not essential (there is plenty to learn on the job):
- Understanding of geographic data and map-based interfaces/APIs.
- Experience in continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Experience in deploying to cloud provider infrastructure (AWS or preferably Azure).
- Experience of data manipulation and relational databases.
