Tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming contacts from customers
Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times as well as a positive experience for customers.
Requirements:
Native/Fluent in English, both oral and written
Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer services (BPO)
Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
Ability to work either full time, including 1 weekend day OR part-time weekends (24 hours per week ) including 1 weekend day.
