I am working with a fantastic independent agent looking for a Lettings Manager to join them in their South London office.

Established over 20 years ago and located in a lovely refurbished office, this agent prides themselves on encouraging colleagues todevelop their own unique sales style in a professional environment.

You will be managing a Lettings turnover of approximately £550k and two negotiators with room to develop a third. Along with this office this independent do have other offices covering South, South West London.


Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Building relationship with current landlords
  • Effective explanation of the lettings process to landlords
  • Booking valuations
  • Effective valuation planning
  • Effective valuation execution and listing letting properties
