Description

Responsible for the implementation of Bath Academy's marketing, social media, branding, PR, and communication activities to attract new parents/pupils to the college and to raise wider awareness of the college's work and its personalised approach.

Play a key role in ensuring communications are influential, informative and engaging to staff and students at the College, the public and the media to ensure Bath Academy's profile remains prominent.

Work with the Head of Admissions & Marketing, Senior Management Team and wider staff to ensure communication is sent out clearly and concisely
Take photos and undertake filming and interviews to secure content to illustrate college life e.g. students in classrooms, teacher demonstrations, student case studies, school events, etc.
Manage a media library of college photos and videos, editing this content as necessary
Draft, design and schedule social media content promoting the college or appealing to its potential audiences across a range of social media channels e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, using advertising/ promoted posts when required
Develop social media channels, maintaining an active and engaging presence and interacting with individuals, influencers and organisations and reposting, commenting and responding as necessary
Update web content and develop effective school web pages and navigation with reference to Google Analytics, SEO, and Google Advertising
Collaborate with marketing support platform (Innermedia) in carrying out campaigns, communicating marketing trends and intelligence, and producing reports
