Oracle Service Cloud Consultant - Permanent position, hybrid working in London.

Skillset:


  • Proven experience in implementation, support, consulting and/or development experience in Oracle CX Cloud
  • Sales / Service CPQ.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Oracle solution and keep updated with the product roadmap.
  • In depth knowledge of functional & technical domains such as: Oracle Service Cloud/RightNow, CX Marketing/Eloqua, Oracle Social Relationship Management SRM and others.
  • Should be handson with at least one CX product.
  • Experience in managing SaaS / Cloud implementation preferred.
  • In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle CRM and/or Oracle Cloud CX.
  • Experience with building integrations between the different Oracle CX products.
  • Basic working knowledge of Oracle Sales and Service Cloud.
