HR Data Analyst
Farnborough or Preston
Fixed Term Contract - 24 months

The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently searching for an experienced HR Data Analyst, to join a well-established successful, growing team in the UK.
HR Data Analyst main responsibilities:
- Undertaking Policy related research and benchmarking activities including analysing industry and market trends to provide insights into policy development
- Support with the recovery and analysis of policy provisions documentation to understand and assess the "as is" provisions for key policy focus areas and priorities.
- Manipulate and interpret data against internal current policies to determine the most optimal/ cost effective proposals
- Scoping and drafting policy provisions proposals and recommendations supported by insight and data
HR Data Analyst experience required:
- HR Data Analyst background
- Analytical, benchmarking skills, process mapping, and design skills
- Fully understands the repeatable policy development lifecycle
- Analyse data to identify trends and implications
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Preparing data driven proposals and recommendations in a simple way
