If you have UK Corporate Tax and also Deals Tax experience, the next few years offer a very exciting option to refocus on Restructuring Tax advisory work.

The team we represent has world leading Tax Restructuring and Distressed asset acquisition experience and so is best placed to pick up the anticipated increase in volume of projects in this area.

They particularly focus on Private Equity and Real Estateinvestments, so experience of advising either type of client would be beneficial.
