Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced short-term Editor to work across multiple platforms.

Role responsibilities

Creating top quality output for TV and social media
Being involved at all stages of the creative process and video production, from start to finish
Editing videos for TV programmes, promos, and adverts
Proactively sharing ideas during brainstorming
Assembling footage and understanding the rushes and creating a story line with logical edits
Suggesting and selecting music according to the theme of the programme

About you

1-3 years of video editing experience
Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder/relevant equivalent tools.
Strong understanding and experience in video editing and technical aspects of the software
Creative knowledge of stylistic trends in broadcast and social media
Titles with great typographic knowledge and creative transition styles
Audio editing capability to level voice overs, music, and sound effects
Good understanding of video formats and sizes required
Meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Be able to accept criticism and work well under pressure
