Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and healthy environment for employees and visitors.

Working Hours are Mon,Wed,Fri 2,30pm-5pm Tues and Thurs 2.30pm-5.15pm

This position is cleaning a primary school HU4 area of Hull

A valid enhanced DBS is required for this position, which we can help obtain


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize toilets, Classrooms and other common areas
  • Empty bins and replace liners
  • Clean all touch point areas, glass partitions, stairs and various other areas to high standards
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
  • Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations

Experience:


  • Previous experience in school cleaning is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary

Job Types:

£10.42 per hour
