Salary:
£11.81 per hour + overtime rates + benefits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Situated on Windsor Road in Falkirk, Willow Lodge features pleasant private courtyard and charming outdoor surroundings.

Our purpose-built care home provides exceptional recovery focused, step down and rehabilitation nursing care to our clients aged 18-65 who are experiencing enduring mental health issues.

Joining us your focus will be on keeping the building and grounds of this 32-bed care home safe and well maintained for the residents who live there.

Support will be provided where applicable from appropriately skilled contractors.

Your day-to-day role will see you managing both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks.

This will involve anything from using your keen attention to detail and competent IT skills to support the Home Manager from a compliance perspective, to using your painting skills to ensure the rooms offer a homely environment for our residents.

Your previous experience in a facilities role, combined with a good working knowledge of health and safety, mean that you are quick to spot when things don't look quite right and take the appropriate action.

A clean full UK driving licence is essential.

With your previous experience in a similar role and your very own designated mentor, induction programme and ongoing training, you'll make this role your own in no time.
