Contract Type - Permanent

40 hours per week
Employment Type Full TimeThe Royal Horseguards is a stunning 5 star hotel overlooking the River Thames, close to The Embankment and Trafalgar Square. The hotel has 282 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and terrace area as well as exceptional banqueting facilities at one of London's most prestigious conference and banqueting venues, One Whitehall Place.

The Role:

As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be trusted to make sure things are right. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of guest service and ensuring all guest concerns are resolved positively.

Supervising a team of Food and Beverage Assistants
Following all cash handling/opening/closing procedures
Ensuring all team members are trained in line with brand standards
Carrying out induction for new team members
Delivering guest service
Resolving guest issues
