As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately processing invoices and making payments in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier records within the finance system.
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving any payment queries.
  • Assisting in monthly and yearly accounts payable closure.
  • Collaborating with the purchasing department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing support to other members of the accounting team as required.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A strong foundation in Accounting and Finance.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving.
