Your Responsibilities:

Within the role, some of the duties you can expect to be responsible for are:

  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of stationary and office supplies.
  • Providing administrative support in preparing and processing site paperwork including: land searches, site signs, laminating and site documentation.
  • Providing general administrative support to all office and site teams across the company as requested.
  • Covering front of house, meeting and greeting visitors when needed.
  • Booking meeting rooms and diary management when required, taking minutes and distributing papers.
  • Supporting the Admin Team with booking accommodation and travel as required.
  • Organising, distributing post and deliveries.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required.
As well as the above duties, you will be committed to an 18 month long work-based Apprenticeship.

Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to gain new skills and qualifications, and at CML you will be given plenty of support and time during your normal working hours to complete your assignments.

Regular work planning meetings will be scheduled with your mentors and assessor, as well as quarterly progress meetings with your manager, to make sure you have everything you need to complete your assignments to all the set deadlines.


Desirable Skills:


  • Good level of education
  • Minimum GCSE English & Maths Grade 5 or Higher Education qualification
  • Essential.
  • Must be willing to complete Level 3 Advanced Business Administration Apprenticeship
  • Essential.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks when required.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, selfmotivated and proactive.
  • Positive with a 'can do' attitude and ability to learn.
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
