As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chartered Building Surveyor or a nearly Chartered Surveyor to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed residential surveys and produce comprehensive home buyer reports (Level 2 & 3).
Working with Commercial clients on Dilapidations, Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, and PPMs.
Administer contracts and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with other surveyors, contractors, and clients to ensure high standards of project execution and deadlines are met.
Participate in weekly meetings to discuss project progress and strategies.
Support the growth of the business by providing customers with outstanding services and give input into the wider business development strategy.

Essential Requirements:

Chartered Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or near completion.
Proven experience in residential and commercial surveying.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
