**The post holder is a member of the central advisory team providing a professional, effective and flexible Human Resources service across all staff groups in Divisions and Corporate Departments within the Trust. They will also provide support to the wider Human Resources team by assisting with the design and implementation of specific Human Resources policies and procedures and the delivery of specific projects within the Directorate in line with the Workforce Strategy.
