The Position


We are currently working on a new IFA Administrator position with a Chartered Financial Planning firm to be based in from their boutique office based in Aylesbury.

Required Experience

  • You will have previous experience of working within an Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) environment in an administration or similar role. You will possess the following skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 Package including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Interpersonal skills coupled with a 'can do 'attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and to use own initiative
  • Selfmotivated and willing to learn.
  • Team player.
