We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader corrugated department, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a group of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.

This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to make decisions under pressure, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of team members
• Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of corrugated box making, board grades and converting machines
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment is preferred

Salary:
£26,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
