Construction Planner/ Programmer

Belfast

Salary - £45,000

Due to continued success, I am delighted to be working with an award-winning Construction company who are currently seeking for a Construction Planner/ Programmer to join their successful team on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the Planning Director you will

  • Implement best contract practice project planning, processes and procedures from tender stage through to completion
  • Develop clear succinct progress reports
  • Develop procedures to control and forecast work timescales and resource requirements
  • Identify and forecast work timescales and resource requirements for projects
  • Provide support for all design, management & construction planning functions ensuring that issues within the programme are anticipated, highlighted and understood by all
  • Other adhoc duties

About you

  • Experience of working within a similar role
  • Hold relevant construction qualifications

Salary:
Up to £45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Belfast,

County Antrim:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
