Description

About The Role:

  • You like variation and innovating new services and approaches.
  • You know how to deliver on multiple tasks to time.
  • You can engage with others and lead and motivate others to achieve on time and to task.

We are Compass a growing national charity providing early intervention, prevention and promotion services to children, young people and their families in communities across England.

We are proud to be a trusted provider of health and social care services designed around the needs of children and young people and the communities, schools and families where they live.

We do this by creating new services which add value to the existing system, designed and implemented in partnership with commissioners and stakeholders.

Our growth means we are creating this new role to work alongside a team of operational and corporate colleagues to deliver services on new contracts, innovate change and service improvement and support us to bid well and implement well in places where we know we can make a difference.

About You:

You will be a strong collaborator being able to work with Compass colleagues, and system partners to implement pathways of care.
