Are you a highly competent, organised and an efficient individual searching for a Marketing role in a friendly Berkshire/Surrey-based company

We are a fun, happy and collaborative team. This role requires you to assist the marketing manager with a wide-range of administrative tasks.

Ideally we are looking for someone who wants to work part time with semi flexible hours/ wanting a good work-life balance or anyone starting out a career in marketing.

Duties:


  • Scheduling all social media posts on various platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies
  • Create engaging and compelling copy for marketing materials and social media channels
  • Support the implementation of performance marketing campaigns, including tracking and analysing campaign data
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives
  • Assist in graphic design tasks, including creating visuals for social media posts and marketing materials

Experience:


  • Previous experience in marketing or related field is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and best practices
  • Proficient in copywriting with excellent written communication skills
  • Familiarity with MQL & SQL and ability to analyse data for insights
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing principles
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in graphic design software

Job Type:
Part-time days per week)

Salary:
up to £12,500 per year (depending on days worked)
