About us?
Response Logistics are Staffordshire's premier distribution company for pallet collections and deliveries across UK and Ireland.

Based in Stoke-on-Trent we are part of a network with over 90+ depots across the country to service customers collection and delivery requirements.


Who are we looking for?
Normal working hours: 8:00-17:00
  • Monday to Friday
(30 minutes lunch break). Flexibility in working hours will be required to suit the needs of the business.


Job requirements:


  • Liaise with network partners, colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing accurate and effective information.
  • Relay information from depot to customer/customer to depot, ensuring accuracy and honesty.

Essential requirements:


  • Flexibility of working hours to suit the needs of the business where required.
  • Professional in all aspects of their work.
  • Be able to understand and follow the department core processes.
  • Have a professional etiquette in both written and verbal communication.
  • Be capable of working on your own initiative, as well as being part of a team.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience in Transport/Logistics preferred but not essential.

  • Strong communication skills to influence and work collaboratively with other team members, customers and partnered depots.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and competent with technology.
  • Open minded and willing to adapt to change.
  • Willing to learn from mistakes.
