About us?
Response Logistics are Staffordshire's premier distribution company for pallet collections and deliveries across UK and Ireland.
Based in Stoke-on-Trent we are part of a network with over 90+ depots across the country to service customers collection and delivery requirements.
Who are we looking for?
Normal working hours: 8:00-17:00
- Monday to Friday
Job requirements:
- Liaise with network partners, colleagues and customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing accurate and effective information.
- Relay information from depot to customer/customer to depot, ensuring accuracy and honesty.
Essential requirements:
- Flexibility of working hours to suit the needs of the business where required.
- Professional in all aspects of their work.
- Be able to understand and follow the department core processes.
- Have a professional etiquette in both written and verbal communication.
- Be capable of working on your own initiative, as well as being part of a team.
- Problem solving skills.
- Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience in Transport/Logistics preferred but not essential.

- Strong communication skills to influence and work collaboratively with other team members, customers and partnered depots.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and competent with technology.
- Open minded and willing to adapt to change.
- Willing to learn from mistakes.
