AGH Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities and procurement services for the Trust.

We are looking for an Estates Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.


We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual capable of working well within our current Estates Maintenance and Mobility Engineering teams.

We require an individual who can coordinate and manage site compliance, pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks and provide assistance where required on new major capital schemes.

In addition to this, the role will involve managing the Mobility Engineering team.

We are seeking an individual with the experience and qualifications stated in the essential criteria within the person specification.

The post holder will be responsible for the operation and effective management of the Mobility Engineering Department, organising the resources for the department and ensuring the ISO 9001:2000 procedures are met and further developed.


The operational nature of the post will require a variety of schemes/maintenance activities/repairs to be carried out in periods that fall outside normal working hours.

This could be due to an emergency, major breakdown, sudden system failure, access difficulties, untoward occurrences or for other operational reasons.
