Job description

Are you an enthusiastic individual with an interest in housing? Passionate about preventing homelessness and supporting people to find suitable homes? Then we'd love you to join us.

Oxford City Council has an opportunity for a methodical and conscientious individual to play a key role as a Triage Prevention Officer in the Housing Needs Team.

As a Triage Prevention Officer, you will deliver excellent customer service, with a can-do and solution focussed attitude, whilst working to tight deadlines.

You will be the frontline to the Options Team and provide key support in taking phone calls, managing inboxes, triaging emergency approaches, providing housing advice and signposting clients, while working closely with our other Prevention teams.

Our team is responsible for the front line response to prevent homelessness and if you have the energy and enthusiasm to make a contribution then we'd love to hear from you.
