Are you looking for a great opportunity working for a family run business that also happens to be one of most well known soft drinks brands in the UK and worldwide?

This role initially is to start on a 6 month temporary basis however as a business the sky is the limit for opportunities once you have established yourself in the business

If you are a passionate and have first class customer service skills, and are ready for a role that can kick start your career in supply chain this could be the role for you

Once fully trained this business offers 2 days hybrid working, flexible hours and great opportunities. In the meantime you are going to love their fantastic office with barista style coffee machines, soft drinks and some amazing people to work alongside off

What will you be doing as a Customer Service / Supply Chain Administrator?

  • Managing and prioritising your workload to deliver customer excellence
  • Managing customer order processing, ensuring the orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Keeping customers informed of any changes; escalating, owning and resolving issues ensuring excellent customer service
  • Resolving nonconformance delivery queries
  • Reporting, reviewing and taking action to improve service performance
  • Logistics invoicing
  • Stock reconciliation and inventory management support
  • Handling all supporting administration

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following experience:

  • Previous experience within customer service, order processing, supply chain, logistics or admin environment
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • ERP system experience or Supply Chain system experience ideally used within order processing and logistics
What will you get in return for your work as a Customer Service / Supply Chain Administrator?

  • 6 month temporary contract
  • 8.30AM 4.30PM Monday to Friday whilst training and then flexible working hours can be discussed
  • 25 days holiday Pro Rata plus bank holidays
