As a Senior Export and Logistics Coordinator you will be overseeing the transportation of goods from factory to the consumer and managing the Exports logistics process.
In this role you'll:
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results and added value.
- Act as the point of escalation for any exports and logistics queries, whilst managing and resolving Invoice Queries.
- Creating Change Controls for Export.
- Investigate and respond to Logistics deviations; identify and understand deviations of sales to forecast and significant forecast change both long and short term. Challenge the markets to improve the data and\or understand the reasons for the deviation.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, exports or customer issues.
- Review finished goods stock to ship
- Investigate Dispatch Discrepancy Notes (DDNs) to ascertain root cause
- Manage reporting of aged stock

You:
- Have good communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to make timely decisions based on logical assumptions, information & consideration of resources, constraints & organisation values.
- Achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment.
- Experience of working as part of a multifunctional team, ability to network & build effective working relationships with people within and external to the organisation at all levels.
- Excellent understanding and working experience of Export Documentation and Requirements
- Knowledge of the logistics flow and process within an FMCG business
- Leadership and Coaching Skills
