1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB

2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

(1) Main work:

Managing people and performance and promote positive culture
Organising/engaging/assessing team skills and addressing any gaps
Maintaining safe working environment in line with company policies and legal safety regulations
Ensuring production plans are completed effectively, efficiently and to the required standards
Driving measurable performance improvements using practical techniques
Effectively manage difficult situations and conversations
Reporting hazards, staff briefings, startups, audit and inspection, equipment safety
Ensuring all company procedures are followed at all times

Supply the management with direct feedback in written and oral form of any quality issues that would be deemed as detrimental to the business, or not consistent with the customer requirements.

3. SALARY & BENEFITS

Visa: Work visa holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK

Annual Salary: Starting salary from £30,000.00 per year, depending on relevant experience. Competitive salary will be offered on completion of probation.

Schedule: 10pm to 7am, Five days' work shift which will include Saturday

Holiday: 20 days
