Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Croft Care home.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting the care staff, ensuring the highest level of care is provided to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support care staff in providing personalized care to residents
Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the care team
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Provide leadership and guidance to the care team

Requirements:

Previous experience in senior care or a related field
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Strong drive and passion for providing highquality care to seniors
Good IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of senior care principles and practices
