Are you a determined and forward-thinking Purchasing Administrator, looking to take the next step in your career? Would you enjoy working for a market-leading and expanding organisation where no two days are the same? Are you adept at handling ever-changing priorities on a daily basis? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-Time Purchasing Administrator to join this ever-growing and thriving organisation based in North Birmingham, working 30 hours a week.


Working for a company that truly expects excellence from all of its employees, you will be tasked with ordering and maintaining stock levels for this FMCG organisation, making sure that customer demands are always met.

Working closely with the Store Manager and Purchasing Category Managers, you will monitor store stock levels regularly, creating sales reports and placing orders with suppliers.

Using Power BI software to review stock and sales figures, you will utilise your excellent communication skills to place and chase up orders with suppliers, overseeing any returns and ensuring store sales are maintained and developed.


In this fast-paced and challenging Purchasing Administrator role, you will liaise with your colleagues across the organisation to ensure that high levels of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times.

Communicating all new products and promotions to Store Managers, you will take responsibility for ensuring all promotions are merchandised appropriately, looking for creative ways to maximise sales.

Diligent and hardworking in all that you do, you will raise purchase orders on a regular basis using the in-house system, ensuring that all goods are accounted for and have receipts.


For this exciting, varied and challenging Purchasing Administrator opportunity based in North Birmingham, you will need to be a determined administrator who has a genuine desire to take their career to the next level.

Exceptional attention to detail is vital for this role, and you will need to be a natural "numbers person", with a keen analytical mind whilst having fantastic communication skills, being equally confident in liaising with internal colleagues and suppliers.

Previous experience of working within a purchasing, supply chain or sales order processing environment is highly advantageous.
