About the Role

The core responsibilities and duties of the Building Surveyor will include conducting condition surveys on Mechanical & Electrical equipment and Building Fabric in various types of properties, maintaining accurate records of all site visits, capturing assets and their attributes and condition using Mobiess software on a mobile device (iPad), and providing advice to the client regarding asset renewal and replacement of building elements and systems.

In addition, the Building Surveyor will attend project meetings and participate in working groups or departmental meetings as required, assess asset condition without intrusive or invasive inspections, identify critical plant equipment for site operations, and update systems with data to provide accurate and concise reports to the client.
