    Civils Operative Role

    VEA Telecoms is expanding rapidly and seeking dedicated Civils Operatives to join our dynamic team. This role offers a competitive salary, substantial bonus, and opportunities for growth and progression.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out reinstatements, blockages, overlays, and various civils tasks to the highest standard and within specified timeframes.
    • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a busy and committed team.
    • Travel to different locations if required, with offices in Birmingham, Cumbria, and the South of England.

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive salary ranging between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
    • Substantial bonus of £650 per month upon meeting targets.
    • Overtime opportunities for additional earnings.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in civils operations is essential.
