About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join our team. As a Civils Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing civils teams involved in telecoms projects. If you have a strong background in civils, a passion for delivering high-quality work, and a desire to be part of a dynamic and innovative company, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civils teams engaged in telecoms projects
Ensure all supervised staff are competent, fully trained, and compliant with requirements, including approvals, appraisals, and inductions before commencing work onsite
Monitor work progress to meet streetwork permits and client timescales
Liaise with Local Authorities and clients, conducting site meetings to discuss works, permit conditions, and agree on Traffic Management requirements
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) and Health & Safety standards
Achieve productivity targets while maintaining highquality standards
Ensure all work is carried out safely and meets contract specifications
Review and close corrective actions and improvement actions related to works
Complete all necessary documentation, including asbuilt drawings, for completed works
Take personal responsibility for your health and safety, as well as the safety of others affected by the works
