About The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join our Team.

The role is on full-time basis working 37 hours per week. The role will be a mix of home and office working.

There will be a requirement to work from our head office in Birkenhead and potentially other locations as deemed necessary to fulfil your role and complete training.

The role

The ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and juggle duties simultaneously is key to this role.

You will be a highly proactive individual who has previously worked as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders, someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with an extremely keen eye for detail and who can positively contribute to the role and team you work in.


Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must in this role as is a proficiency in using IT packages.

Fluency is the Microsoft software packages is essential including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint and One Drive.


The post holder will on occasion need to travel to offsite venues for meetings which may infrequently involve overnight stays.
