This highly successful national company dealing with projects around the UK and liaising with suppliers around the world is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join them. What will you be doing as a Project Co-ordinator:
Working in a mixture of home and office based work as part of a friendly and upbeat team you will be liaising and co-ordinating with a variety of customers and working on busy and challenging projects

Duties will include:

All aspects of project management, from initial enquiry through despatch of products to the customer site ensuring all projects are completed on time and in budget.
Planning and implementing delivery schedules with both customers and suppliers to ensure the right materials are received to meet deadlines
Importing products from overseas using various international freight forwarders and coordinating all UK deliveries
Making sure international regulations are adhered to and producing documentation for customs clearance
Carrying out varied admin tasks including updating spreadsheets, purchase order processing and checking supplier invoices

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a similar logistics co-ordinator, import, export, shipping or other office based administration / customer service role
A graduate with a business based degree keen to build a career would also be considered
Excellent communication skills
Able to multitask and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Comfortable using Word and Excel
Due to the location, you will realistically need your own transport

A salary of £20,600 to £26,000 depending on experience
