If you're passionate about ensuring a safe and sustainable work environment, seize this opportunityResponsibilities:
- Collaborate with the UK HSE Manager and Site Leadership to implement initiatives.
- Lead training sessions, conduct monthly reviews, and maintain uptodate Risk Assessment matrices.
- Conduct audits for compliance with systems and legislation.
- Manage systems for site certification against relevant standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE standards.
- Work closely with site teams for coaching and effective problem resolution.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong educational background and MS Office proficiency.
- NEBOSH certificate or working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
- HSE background with awareness of relevant management systems (ISO14001, 45001, BRC).
- Proficiency in Risk Analysis methodology.
- Experience leading action teams in a modern manufacturing environment.
- Excellent coaching, team working, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize work, meet deadlines.
- Positive, proactive attitude with high personal and professional standards.
- Valid driver's license.
Educational Requirements/Qualifications and Experience:
- NEBOSH certificate and working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
- Environmental Certificate.

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
