Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the UK HSE Manager and Site Leadership to implement initiatives.
  • Lead training sessions, conduct monthly reviews, and maintain uptodate Risk Assessment matrices.
  • Conduct audits for compliance with systems and legislation.
  • Manage systems for site certification against relevant standards.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HSE standards.
  • Work closely with site teams for coaching and effective problem resolution.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong educational background and MS Office proficiency.
  • NEBOSH certificate or working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
  • HSE background with awareness of relevant management systems (ISO14001, 45001, BRC).
  • Proficiency in Risk Analysis methodology.
  • Experience leading action teams in a modern manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent coaching, team working, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize work, meet deadlines.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with high personal and professional standards.
  • Valid driver's license.

Educational Requirements/Qualifications and Experience:


  • NEBOSH certificate and working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
  • Environmental Certificate.

Job Types:

Salary:
£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
