37.5 hours per week worked flexibly

Full time Permanent

£28,000-£29,500 per annum depending on experience

Responsibilities and requirements:

Do you have experience in journalism and giving a voice to the vulnerable? ? Have you written impactful real life stories that are packed with emotion and love? Are you able to support others in gathering people's experiences and turning these into powerful messages on behalf of LOROS?

We are looking for a storytelling expert to help share the powerful end of life stories of our patients, their families and our supporters.

We need a professional storyteller to source these stories, as well as gather inspirational stories of our service care and examples of professional learning in our new LOROS Centre for Excellence.

You'll be comfortable interviewing people of all ages and backgrounds who are affected by terminal illness and have had contact with LOROS, either at the hospice or in the community.

You'll be confident enough to support other organisational leaders in gathering stories in their own areas, and convert these to journalistic stories to motivate people to support the charity and its services.
