Corporate Associate Solicitor - Reading

Our client has one of largest national corporate teams in the country, advising on 1 in 35 of all corporate transactions in the UK.

The firm's accomplished national team offers a partner-led approach on every corporate transaction. They consistently act astrusted advisers for clients in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, retail, recruitment and education.

The firm's offices in Reading are seeking a Corporate Associate Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their expanding team, which currently consists of three other fee earners and two support staff.

In the main, you will be dealing with:

Business ownership disputes
Directors' duties & corporate governance
Employee ownership trusts
Equity capital markets
Mergers & acquisitions
Private equity
Transaction support & due diligence

You will be keen to develop your skills in this area within a leading national team, interacting effectively with colleagues and clients at every level and actively engaging in business development as and when needed.
