Role purpose:


An Applications Technical Analyst that will support our team and help us set up and maintain solutions which will enable our global organisation to grow.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage stakeholders to understand business requirements and set their expectations as to what is feasible.

Translate business requirements into configurable technical solutions including documentation of configuration requirements

Enter the configuration to enable the business to operate from entities and countries. Ensuring that the resulting solution is aligned to the standard design and any local legislative or practical needs.

Understand and monitor the numerous integrations with ByD, Concur, CWT and BPC. Work with our integration partners to resolve any issues with the integrations.


Where issues are identified follow a logical process to identify the cause and work with the various teams and suppliers to resolve.


Key Health & Safety Responsibilities:


Manage your own and your team's compliance with health and safety rules, instructions, systems and legal requirements, ensuring employees are suitably trained and adequate resources are available to work safely.


Monitor and review health and safety performance, observe safety behaviours in the workplace, taking appropriate corrective and preventative action as necessary and suggesting and implementing improvement activities.
