Roles and Responsibilities:


Role and Responsibilities

_Main Activities_

  • Bookkeeping for all of Yordas entities
  • Processing of purchase and sales invoices to the ledgers
  • Reconciliation of supplier/customer statements to the ledgers
  • Bank postings to the ledgers and monthend reconciliation
  • Credit control duties
  • Project administration
  • ERP support
  • Any other financial admin

Profile and Qualifications:


Profile and Qualifications

  • Competency in Excel and Word
  • Handson experience with spreadsheets
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A proactive team player who is confident about working with others but also independently and can promptly escalate any issue.
