Our client is a rapidly growing group of companies, having expanded through various acquisitions.

They currently have an opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Financial Controller to join their team in Poole, Dorset.

What will the role involve?

Oversight of the finance function including management of a team of five;
Submission of monthly management accounts pack and group consolidated accounts;
Identifying and implementing improvements to processed and procedures on an ongoing basis;
Review of payroll information;
Review and approval of global payments;
Full ownership of the month end close process;
Taking the lead in resolving any complex accounting queries.
Fully CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified;
Strong line management and leadership skills, able to manage teams in different locations;
Group accounting experience including consolidations.
