Description

Analyse key financial information and provide reporting to the Senior Management
Contribute to the preparation of annual budgeting
Review spend against budget and challenge key stakeholders on significant variances
Prepare forecasting to support medium and longterm business planning
Develop and improve reporting to enhance insight and drive value
Enhance automation of financial processes and reporting to minimise manual work; creating efficiencies to focus on adding value
Work with other stakeholders in the business, particularly the Commercial team, to identify new KPI's and opportunities for growth and performance improvement
Informing key strategic decisions and supporting with project work
Advising on the financial implications of business decisions
Support in developing more junior members of the Finance team

Profile

Experience within a similar role
Part qualified ACCA/CIMA
Competent in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
Experience with financial modelling
Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate finance data to nonfinance colleagues
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
Solid technical knowledge of accounting and finance principals
Experience of working within a manufacturing business (desirable)

Job Offer
- £35,000-£45,000 salary
