Reflex Systems (part of the Reflex Group) has an opportunity for a technically aware telephone support - admin person who is interested in understanding and solving customers queries and questions on our range of products, _label printers, label software & labelling machinery,_
The role would suit someone with an enquiring mind who enjoys interacting with customers and suppliers and help our customers solve their problems.
Overview
Following training you will be one of the main points of customer contact for both internal and external customers providing technical support and advice, pricing and creating technical proposals.
Duties
- Understand the range of products, assisting in the technical and commercial side to advise / support customers with any questions that arise.
- Identify and source solutions and create sales opportunities.
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements for hardware / software projects valued between £1,000 £50,000.
- Manage projects both technically and commercially to completion.
- Ensure timely sign off and invoicing.
- Maintain a range of operator's product manuals.
