We are looking to expand our back office team here at Avanti Energy and are currently on a search for a superstar Office Administrator who is a self starter that can manage their own workload with exceptional time management skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for career progression in a fast growing friendly and professional company.You will be expected to provide comprehensive administrative and office suppport. This person needs to be hardworking and good with clients with Advanced Microsoft package skills.

- Be familiar with the key principles and practices of Excel and Word

Main Duties:
- Ensure all documentation is completed, up to date and compliant
- Respond prompltly to communication from clients
- Record all data effectively
- Answering calls and taking messages
- Maintaining customer files with confidentiality
- Manage workload and prioritise responses accordingly
- Organising office operations and procedures, create and organise a digital filing system
- Complete administrative tasks for the office.
- Maintain client records
- Liasing with customers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Business Administration Bachelor (preferred)
Salary:
£22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- 5RE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Administration: 3 years (preferred)
