We are delighted to be working with a fantastic Great Yarmouth based business as they look appoint a Finance Manager to join the management team.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the preparation of the company's management accounts and the company'sfinancial systems and controls.

Working between 40 hours and reporting to the MD, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Production of monthly management accounts pack
  • Assisting with annual budgets and forecasting
  • Update/calculate cash flow requirements
  • Maintenance of fixed asset register
  • Overseeing sales ledger and reconciling any discrepancies
  • Reviewing debtors and ensuring strong cash position
  • Overseeing purchase ledger and supplier payments
  • Producing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • Financial management of stock
  • Maintaining finance systems
  • VAT Returns
  • Assisting with yearend accounts, supporting schedules & liaising with auditors
  • Ensuring the company is compliant with all tax liabilities
