£25,000- £30,000 (Dependent on experience)
I am currently working with an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Cheshire. This RIBA chartered practice are looking for a highly motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their company.

The practice work on projects throughout the UK andEurope across a wide range of sectors including leisure, commercial, industrial, office and residential.

They specialise in all aspects of the cinema and UK holiday markets.

Skills and responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Working on concepts to comply with UK Building regulations and planning policies
  • Ability to produce creative integrated designs
  • Able to carry out studies and design proposals
  • Adopt a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ensuring that all information is treated appropriately and kept confidential

Essentials needed for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working as an Architectural Assistant in a UK based practice
  • Hold an MSc in Architecture
  • Demonstrate high level of diligence and organisational skills
