Customer Service Advisor

Location:
Christchurch


Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00


Salary:
up to £25,000 per annum DOE


FREE onsite parking


Are you a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual? Our client in Christchurch is looking to grow their team and they're looking for Customer Service Advisors.

Previous call centre experience would be a distinct advantage, however if you have customer service experience and are able to evidence the following traits, we would be pleased to hear from you.


Duties:


  • Provide the customers with clear guidance
  • Collate all the relevant information from the customer
  • Manage caseloads efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Update the customers details on the internal system
  • Deal with inbound calls from the customers

Skills:


  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft 360
  • Empathetic, understanding and calm at all times
  • Ability to work within a busy environment
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
