The company are very keen to only attract Engineers who are passionate about IT and are wanting to take on further qualifications that they will pay for and support you with the learning and exams.

Responsibilities:
**Provide support to your allocated clients maintaining a positive working relationship with them
**Provide advice and support in a friendly and welcoming manner
**Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved or tickets updated in line with SLA's
**To build and maintain rapport with co-workers
**To work across both BAU and Project work
