Description

Application Support Engineer required to join an innovative Managed SaaS Provider. You will be responsible for support requests and defect reports, identifying action required to enable direct resolution or escalation to other members ofthe team.

Open source and Microsoft operating systems / technology stacks
PHP, JavaScript \), MySQL, MongoDB and Docker
C# (MVC) and SQL Server
Shell scripting and Powershell
API Integrations (SOAP and REST)
C++, Python
Configuration and use of modern source control and CI\CD systems and practices
Following best practice across the full Software Development Lifecycle including building, testing and releasing solutions.
Demonstrable experience delivering solutions for a complex, high impact, digital delivery environment across both software components and supporting databases.
Working within an Agile (Scrum\Kanban) environment and ITIL framework
Strong problemsolving nature, with the ability to examine a problem and involve the appropriate people at the appropriate time.
Participation in group activities and knowledge sharing with other team members and expanding own knowledge base.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and facetoface)

Location:
Remote - You must have right to work in the UK.
