All staff play a central role in creating a warm and supportive environment where residents' and families' rights are promoted, ensuring they are active participants in care decisions.


As Care Assistant you will provide support in assisting residents with activities of daily living as well as assist residents with personal care.

You will work as part of the care staff team to ensure the residents are able to live a life that they desire, within the safety and parameters of 24-hour care.

Over my 20 years in Older Peoples Services, I have been supported to progress from Care Assistant, through other roles to now be Assistant Director with line management responsibility for a number of homes. I have remained in Older Peoples Services because of the care and passion that the service shows to our residents - it is truly Rooted in Love_'_
