Doncaster's Precision Casting Deritend is excited to announce that they are looking to add a Customer Service Lead to their team in Droitwich

You will support and report to the sales manager regarding all aspects of sales and build upon existing customer relationships.

This is an onsite customer facing role where you will be the primary contact point for customers and managing customer relationships to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Day to data tasks will include:

Liaising with customers at all stages of the product life cycle to the final delivery.
Engaging with and being the voice of customers and feeding communications back to the internal departments.
Negotiating with planning/ operations teams on delivery and relaying back to customers.
Assisting the accounting department in monitoring accounts.
Assisting with internal sales meetings to achieve sales targets and customer commitments.
