Pertemps Recruitment is one the UK's largest independent recruitment agencies, and our Isle of Wight branch is growing and looking for a self-motivated and personable individual to join the team as a Recruitment Consultant.

This is an extremely varied role and will include.
" Researching the market, becoming an expert in your field
" Regular business development, including making calls and visiting new, and existing clients
" Writing job adverts.
When the deal is done your success will be celebrated with recognition, commission, and incentives

Ideally, we are eager to hear from individuals with a recent background in Estate Agency, Sales, or Account Management, however a willingness and a hardworking attitude will suffice as full training will be given.

The successful Recruitment Consultant willhave people skills, personality, drive and must be willing to learn.
